Common questions
What counts as activation?
A referred club is considered activated when they have run at least 5 sessions with 10 or more unique players. This ensures the referral reward goes to clubs that are genuinely using PickleDash, not just creating an account.
Can I refer unlimited clubs?
Yes. There is no limit on the number of clubs you can refer. Each successful referral earns a free month of Pro for both clubs. Refer 10 clubs, get 10 free months.
Can I refer a club that is already on PickleDash?
No. The referral program is for new clubs only. The referred club must sign up using your unique referral link and not already have a PickleDash account.
When does the free month apply?
The free month of Pro is applied automatically to both clubs as soon as the referred club reaches activation. If you are on the free tier, you will be upgraded to Pro for one month. If you are already on Pro, the credit is applied to your next billing cycle.
What does a free month of Pro include?
Everything in the Pro plan: up to 100 members, payment tracking, and the analytics dashboard. That is $49 in value for each referral.
