1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses PickleDash. PickleDash is built to help pickleball clubs and court facilities run their operations; this policy keeps it safe and reliable for everyone.

2. What You May Do

Use PickleDash to manage sessions and leagues, manage members and attendance, collect payments, send legitimate communications to your members, export your club data, and generate reports about your club.

3. What You May Not Do

You may not use PickleDash to:

• Break the law or facilitate illegal activity, or infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• Harm others — harass, threaten, defame, or post content that exploits or endangers minors;
• Discriminate against or incite hatred toward people based on a protected characteristic;
• Spam — send unsolicited commercial messages, message people who have opted out, or use deceptive content;
• Access without authorization — reach another club's data or accounts, share credentials improperly, or bypass security;
• Scrape or automate — use bots, crawlers, or scrapers to extract data beyond your own club's;
• Disrupt the Service — introduce malware, overload the platform, or interfere with others' use;
• Misrepresent — impersonate a person or organization, or create fake accounts; or
• Misuse competitively — reverse engineer the Service, or resell or redistribute access without our written consent.

4. Your Members' Data

You are responsible for your members' personal information. Have a lawful basis to collect and use it, give your members appropriate privacy notices, obtain any required consent, and use the data only for your club's legitimate operations.

5. Enforcement

We generally use a graduated approach: a warning, then temporary suspension of the account or specific features, then termination for serious, repeated, or uncorrected violations. We may act immediately, including suspending or terminating without prior notice, for illegal activity, security threats, data theft, or anything that could create legal liability for PickleDash. Where practical, we will let you export your data before deletion. To appeal an enforcement decision, email us with "Appeal" in the subject line.
